  • Elan Real Estate really do offer a five-star service.  Fasih was my main point of contact, originally as a tenant and then recently through the property buying process.  The team are extremely knowledgeable about the different locations in Dubai and the properties they represent.  As a first time buyer, I was nervous about the process and didn’t know what to expect, but Fasih was there every step of the way and gave me full confidence that he could find the ideal property for me!  He navigated me through the different steps from initial viewings, signing the MOU, and the final transfer of the property.  Nothing was too much trouble for Fasih, he is always contactable and responds quickly to queries, and I would highly recommend Elan Real Estate to anyone considering purchasing or leasing a property in Dubai.  Thank you so much Faish and team, you have all been great!

He and his company were so patient in helping me find the perfect place, handling discussions with the landlord and helping me in so many ways. I can also say that Fasih did and has continued to go over and beyond in assisting me when needed, whether in person or on chat. I cannot recommend him and this company highly enough.
