  • I have been working with Imran Hussain and company for more than 8 years now, and in all this time I’ve found them to be – by far – the best, most honest, super professional, and most transparent real estate professionals in Dubai.  As an investor, I’ve dealt with several other brokers as well, but Imran’s attention to detail and problem solving attitude and skills are all unparalleled.  If you need to get something done, in spite of whatever hurdles might be present, Imran will get it done!

    Most recently, Elan helped me sell 2 apartments in Dubai’s JLT.  The whole process from listing, to finding a buyer, to getting all the forms and paperwork done, to dealing with the developer for the NOC was super smooth – thanks to Imran.  In fact, he visited the developer 5 times on my behalf because I was out of the country!  The deal was done very professionally, and transparently and both the seller and the buyer walked out happy and satisfied.

    I cannot recommend them enough!  If you have a property to buy, sell, or rent, in Dubai – Elan is your best bet – you absolutely cannot go wrong with them!
